Hermetic Optical Feedthrough FC/PC Female
Hermetic optical feedthrough FC for lower vacuum “10-8mbarL/s” and panel mounting, Fiberdesign developed these feedthroughs equipped with female FC/PC sockets.
The use of adapters is no longer necessary, fiber cables with FC/PC male connectors can be directly connected.
A robust fiber optic feedthrough made of stainless steel-316L with M12 thread and with Viton® O-ring.
Designed for various fiber types (single-mode, Endlessly Single Mode LMA and High-OH and Low OH multimode step index fiber and with core diameters from 50um up to 1000um.
Crucial in industries and applications where fiber optics are needed inside a vacuum or controlled environment—such as, monitoring thin film deposition and medical device manufacturing.
